Adopting healthy lifestyle routines are essential to achieve physical and mental wellness. A few small changes to your daily routine is all you need to help kick start you into gear and keep it moving. Today we are gonna go over the seven daily routine that will make you not only look better but feel better as well.
If you add these tips to your daily routine you will notice a difference right away whether you want to feel better to be more confident or you just want to look better because you’re trying to meet someone.
1. Getting enough sleep
I can’t stress how important it is that you get enough sleep every single night because our body needs to recharge and without sleep your body is just not gonna function as well right you’re not gonna be as fast you’re not gonna be as sharp and you’re definitely not gonna be as energetic as you would be if you got eight hours of sleep.
You need to rest getting seven to eight hours of sleep every single night is key to looking and feeling better so try to develop a routine where you know exactly what time you need to be in bed by, to get those seven eight hours of sleep every single night so the next day you can look and feel amazing.
2. Always eat breakfast
Research shows that people who have breakfast tend to take in more vitamins and minerals and less fat and cholesterol. Eating things that are high in fiber and proteins keeps you feeling full and energized.
You can include these items in your breakfast like
whole-grain,low-fat milk, yogurt, fruit and cereals and breads.
3. Develop a good Grooming routine
By making sure that you are well groomed you’re just putting the best version of yourself out there if you know that your beard is on point and your nails aren’t dirty and gross and that your breath is fresh then you will instantly feel more confident.
The truth is you’re gonna look better than 90% of other guys just by being well-groomed just by trimming your beard and just by being clean and having a basic grooming routine. I like to trim my beard every other day and get a haircut as often as possible to look fresh
4. Make sure that you smell good
Smell is such a key player in everything. For example when you meet a girl and she smells good you’re gonna remember that and the same goes for them if you make a good first impression she will remember you for a very long time.
If you know you don’t smell good you just can’t really relax, you don’t feel comfortable and confident and you just feel kind of dirty which you want to avoid.
5. Keeping your home clean and organized
This one can be a pain sometimes. But I’m the kind of person who if there’s any dirty dishes you know if there’s clothes all over the place then I can’t be productive because I keep thinking about it so I need my place to be organized and clean at all times so that I can just focus on whatever it is that I need to do that day.
Just add this to your daily routine to make sure that your bedroom or your house or your apartment aren’t super messy. Try this and i assure you it will help increase your efficiency and you’ll feel good plus your place is ready for guests at all times so if anybody comes over unannounced you are not gonna be embarrassed.
6. Working out
Exercising properly will completely change the way that you look I remember when I first started working out within six months I look like a completely different person, my posture was better and I looked better in clothes and of course I was way more confident because I knew that I was in better shape.
You don’t have to become a bodybuilder just go a few days or week to improve your overall health plus we all know that the ladies like a guy who can take care of his body so this one is a no-brainer.
7. Drink lots of water
Staying hydrated will make your skin and your hair look better. It gives you lots of energy and of course it feeds your body and your muscles.
A lot of guys complain about dark circles under their eyes drinking water is great for that and will definitely help.
If you’re working out every day you probably need more water than most people so you need to replenish your body doctors actually say that you need to drink at least 2 liters or half a gallon of water every single day but that’s just a bare minimum.
8. Avoid Alcohol or drinking less
This one is also a no-brainer alcohol dehydrates you it makes you look tired it makes your skin look bad and it’s unhealthy.
Now if you’re gonna go out and you know you’re going to drink then maybe try to limit yourself maybe just have one or two drinks and trust me tomorrow morning you’re gonna wake up and feel so much better.
Also have one glass of water per drink that you have and trust me your body will thank you.
Bonus tip guys smile more I know it sounds weird but it’s true it makes you look more approachable it makes you look like you having a good time and it actually makes you feel better the more you smile the better you feel.
